Thinking she was off to a lovely wedding night. The reality was being driven by a drunk to a cheap motel, not the romantic one promised, up a flight of stairs, with a groom too drunk to unlock the room, too drunk for anything but sleeping it off. It never became any better.

I hope you find my story useful in developing your understanding of how healthy  your relationships are,  and how you can help those around you when their relationships are not. I hope to advance the conversation at creating more respectful relationships.
